Nocowanie.pl is a leading portal in Poland specializing in offering accommodation across the entire country.

The portal has been operating in the market since 2005 and continues to grow, which is appreciated by both accommodation owners and the increasing number of users. Thanks to www.nocowanie.pl, travelers can easily and quickly find suitable accommodation from nearly 50,000 available offers from various regions of Poland.

Challenge

Nocowanie.pl faced two main challenges:

Integrating Salesmanago with the system to gather information about customer activities.
Adding a solution that allows enabling/disabling specific functionalities within the entire system.

Solution

The key elements we implemented included:

A module that sends events regarding customer activities to Salesmanago, such as abandoned carts.
A functionality that initially allowed setting values statically in the code and later using a database to determine whether a specific functionality was enabled.

Results

As a result of the actions taken, we achieved the following goals:

Enabled the monitoring of events in Salesmanago, helping to create marketing campaigns based on the number of events.
Provided a dynamic ability to enable/disable connected functionalities within the entire application.
