The client, managing the booking platform, faced a challenge in expanding the functionality of their admin panel. The client needed a tool that would allow hotel owners to set and modify stay policies easily and intuitively. This required creating a flexible user interface that could be tailored to the various needs and preferences of users. The challenge also included ensuring that the data on stay policies was correctly stored, processed, and updated in real-time both on the client’s platform and in the Avantio system.

The key elements we implemented included:

• Backend improvements in the room settings and availability modules.
• Working on a new integration with Avantio.
• Adding a new option in the admin panel with default booking policies, which automatically fills in daily booking rules.

As a result of the actions taken, we achieved the following goals:

• Successfully integrated the booking platform’s admin panel with Avantio, enabling hotel owners to set stay policies flexibly, including duration, check-in, and check-out times.
• Created an intuitive user interface, which was positively received by hotel owners, making it easier for them to quickly adjust stay policies to their individual needs.
• Effective testing and optimization ensured that the new features work flawlessly and are integrated with the existing system, significantly improving booking management and increasing user satisfaction.
