Challenge
Gazuno was seeking a solution
that would optimize key areas of its operations, such as offer management, marketing campaigns, and service operations.
The existing CRM system was inflexible and difficult to adapt to the company’s specific needs. Additionally, it lacked advanced modules to support business processes, which led to:

The goal of the project was to carry out a comprehensive system refactoring and implement new functionalities to meet the client’s current and future requirements.
Solution
System refactoring
A new code structure based on the Symfony framework (5.0.*) was developed, ensuring stability, performance, and easy scalability.
Offer module: Enables comprehensive offer management, including creation, editing, and assignment to specific clients.
Marketing module: Enables planning and execution of marketing campaigns, performance tracking, and budget management.
Service module: Supports the organization and monitoring of service activities, including customer requests, repair schedules, and activity reports.
