Gazuno is a provider of high-performance, innovative heating solutions powered by renewable energy technologies.

Gazuno was seeking a solution

that would optimize key areas of its operations, such as offer management, marketing campaigns, and service operations.

The existing CRM system was inflexible and difficult to adapt to the company’s specific needs. Additionally, it lacked advanced modules to support business processes, which led to:

The goal of the project was to carry out a comprehensive system refactoring and implement new functionalities to meet the client’s current and future requirements.

The modernized Gazuno system significantly improved the management of the company’s key business areas. The implemented offer, marketing, and service modules, along with the system refactoring, enabled the company to serve its clients more efficiently and execute business operations more effectively.
