Challenge
The client approached us with the need to optimize the application’s performance and align it with modern standards. The main issues included:
An outdated system architecture requiring refactoring.
Lack of automation in key processes, which increased costs and operational time.
Low application performance and vulnerability to cybersecurity threats.
The need to introduce graphic modifications to the website, customer portal, and mobile application.
The need to implement new modules, such as a cash flow analysis tool and a customer scoring card.

Solution
Significant changes
We carried out a visual redesign of the existing website, customer portal, and mobile application. These changes were driven by the need to align the application with the client’s ongoing marketing campaign. The new graphic version of the application significantly contributed to increased user interest and engagement on the Easysend platform.
Backend
Symfony 5 – one of the most popular PHP frameworks, known for its high performance and flexibility.
WordPress 5.8 – used as a supporting component, e.g., for managing content on the informational website.
Frontend
React 17 – the web frontend was built using React, providing a modern and responsive user interface.

Mobile application
Based on the design provided by the client, we built a dedicated mobile application using React Native technology.
We provide maintenance and continuous development of the entire system, including native applications for Android and iOS. As part of our collaboration with the client, we also offered technical support outside of regular business hours.
The team worked based on wireframes provided by the client, thoroughly analyzing them and suggesting alternative UX/UI solutions tailored to the business requirements.
Results

The collaboration significantly improved the client’s application in terms of both performance and functionality. Code refactoring, the implementation of new tools, and visual enhancements increased the application’s appeal and led to higher user engagement. The automation of operational processes not only reduced costs but also enabled more efficient organizational performance, strengthening the client’s position in the fintech industry.
