implements Project No. POPW.01.02.00-06-0069/22 entitled “Entering the American, British and Swedish markets with a comprehensive service in the form of renovation of computer programs (refactoring) by Codema.”
The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Eastern Poland 2014-2020.
Project description:
Codema Sp. z o. o., after a thorough analysis of selected markets, decided to expand into new foreign markets, i.e. the United States, Great Britain and Sweden.
The service intended for internationalization is a comprehensive service of renovation (refactoring) of computer programs using an original method of providing it. It consists primarily in improving the software in accordance with customer guidelines, which determines its individual and personalized nature, in order to increase its functionality.
The project duration is set for: November 1, 2022 – December 31, 2023.
Project goals:
- Acquiring new foreign markets such as Great Britain, Sweden and the United States.
- Increasing revenues through the share of export revenues in total revenues from the sale of new IT services of at least 10% by the end of 2025.
- Development of the business thanks to the experience acquired through international economic cooperation.
- Obtaining an increase in income, which in turn will allow for new investments, e.g. further development of hardware resources.
- Establishing new international contacts, which will allow for further foreign expansion into new markets.
