ISON Care is a company specializing in insurance and assistance services.

ISON Care offers comprehensive services in areas such as claims handling, call center operations, and customer support in both everyday and crisis situations. With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance market, the company has long collaborated with leading domestic and international partners.
ISON Care provides its services both in Poland and internationally, delivering multilingual 24/7 support and maintaining high operational standards tailored to organizations operating in regulated and process-intensive environments.

Wyzwanie

As the number of handled cases continued to grow, the client identified several areas within its insurance operations that required further process and technology optimization:

A significant share of manual work

involved in document creation negatively impacted the efficiency of case handling and archiving processes.

Manual entry of address data

created additional operational overhead and increased the risk of errors.

The lack of centralized communication management

including templates and recipient management, affected both message consistency and overall team efficiency.

Limited advanced data filtering capabilities

made it difficult to quickly access information and perform operational analysis.

Solution

A PDF document generation module was implemented

enabling the creation of case-related documents along with the ability to export files together with attachments within the insurance case handling workflow.

An automatic postal code suggestion mechanism was implemented based on data stored in the database

integrated with the Polish Postal Address Numbers (PNA) data import system.

CRUD systems for note templates, email templates, and email recipients

were implemented to streamline communication management within insurance case workflows.

Data listing capabilities were extended

with advanced filtering options based on selected criteria.

As part of the project for a client in the insurance industry, the implemented functionalities contributed to increased operational efficiency and improved data quality and communication processes.

PDF document generation module

with attachment export capabilities automated the documentation preparation process, reducing case handling time and minimizing manual errors. The postal code suggestion mechanism, integrated with the PNA database, improved the quality of address data and accelerated the data entry process.

The implementation of CRUD systems

for note templates, email templates, and recipient management significantly improved and standardized communication processes. As a result, the time required to prepare correspondence was reduced, enabling the team to handle a higher number of cases without increasing operational resources.

Extended data listing capabilities

with filtering options based on selected criteria improved information accessibility and streamlined operational workflows. System users can now identify relevant cases more quickly, reducing the time required for analysis and decision-making.
