Our client was one of the economic zones in Poland, established to support the economic development of the region.
Challenge
Our company won a tender to create a CRM system for managing cooperation between the cluster coordinator and the entities that are members of the cluster.
Solution
The most important elements we implemented include:
- A reports module, allowing for the full utilization of collected information.
- A services and Initiatives Module, enabling the management of events within the cluster, and offering the possibility for members to exchange initiatives.
- A surveys module, allowing for the conduct of both internal and external surveys, and then fully analyzing the collected data.
- A forum module, enabling thread management, and facilitating communication between members.
Results
As a result of our actions, we created a system that allows managing a large group of entities. It is a space for free communication between the cluster and its members. It digitizes the processes occurring within the cluster, facilitates data processing, and provides the ability to maintain constant contact with the coordinator.
